Awakening True Potential with Mindfulness Practices
Providing group and one-on-one Mindful Meditation instruction to both individuals and organizations. These simple meditation practices provide clients with the opportunity to try on new approaches for working with repetitive thoughts, dealing with difficult emotions, and stress management.
Mindful meditation offers a wide range of benefits, both physical and mental. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, and promotes a greater sense of calm and relaxation. Through mindfulness, we become more aware of thoughts and feelings, allowing us to better manage them. This practice also helps improve focus and attention, making it easier to stay present in the moment. Additionally, studies have shown that mindfulness meditation can reduce symptoms of depression and chronic pain, and improve sleep. Overall, the benefits of mindful meditation are numerous and can lead to a happier, healthier life.

Meditation has been recognized as a useful tool for aiding in drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment, and a nice compliment to CBT and DBT. Simple practices focussing on the breath or body lead to awareness of thoughts and emotions - without judgement. Incorporating mindful meditation into rehabilitation programs has shown to be effective in improving mental health which can lead to reducing substance abuse, and increasing the likelihood of long-term recovery.
